We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery under the following circumstances: the item arrived damaged or defective, the wrong item was received, or the item was never delivered. Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and guide you through the next steps. Please do not send any items back without first receiving approval from our team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted. We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selected by the customer at checkout, items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way, or final sale and promotional items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely. Loco Sean Empire is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. No restocking fees will be charged on approved returns.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved by our team, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for items that arrive with minor cosmetic issues but remain functional. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order. If your original order qualifies for a refund, we will process it accordingly once the return is approved.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. After that window, your order may already be in processing and we may be unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately through our website if you need to cancel.

Loco Sean Empire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we recommend checking with neighbors or building management, contacting your local carrier with your tracking number, and reaching out to us if the issue remains unresolved.
